EHE is looking for a talented

Senior Marketing Automation Manager

that will develop and execute our automated marketing campaigns. This candidate will be the point person for all-things-email and be responsible for the setup, deployment and data analysis of our entire multi-touch email nurture streams.

The Senior Marketing Automation Manager will oversee the functionality of the systems that touch automation while maintaining and improving the multi-nurture email streams required by the Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its integrations.

In this role, you will:

Serve as the primary contact for building and deploying multi-touch, logic-driven nurture streams in Salesforce Marketing CloudManage and optimize multiple email segmentation criteria within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring adherence to specific client preferences regarding email cadence, content personalization, and audience targeting for effective engagementServe as the primary Salesforce Marketing Cloud power user and oversee its maintenance and developmentReport on campaign performance and implement optimizations using data-backed recommendationsEstablish, maintain and document scalable processes that ensure best practices for our GTM strategiesTroubleshoot system integrations, and drive new systems integrations as neededComplete campaign analytics and reporting, share with departments and drive program improvements as neededManage end-to-end production process for email campaignsOptimize results for email campaigns by testing subject lines, creative, copyBe the expert on email best practices, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM lawsEnsure rendering consistency of email campaigns in webmail and app-based email clients (Gmail, Outlook.com, iOS Mail, Windows Mail, etc.)

What the role requires:

Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytically related field (e.g., Science, Technology, Finance)4+ years of experience related to marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)Experience with HTML, CSS, and content design in the context of building/coding/deployment of email campaignsKnowledge of basic SQL queriesExperience deploying A/B and multivariate testing initiativesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve basic rendering issues in email codeExperience with SalesforceExperience in marketing funnel automation, operations and analyticsDemonstrated ability for building complex nurture streamsComfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environmentExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable providing guidance for competing demands and managing expectationsDemonstrated analytical capabilityAdvanced proficiency with MS ExcelWeb analytics and web development experience a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skill

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 and is determined by a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.
