Fortune 500 financial services client . Teams are very collaborative and have a passion for creating cutting edge customer experiences.You'll join the

Marketing

team to

maintain and enhance data, formatting, layout, design, and content alignment for print, PDF, and presentation materials utilizing pre-existing PowerPoint templates . This is a

6 - month contract + . The team is located in

downtown Los Angeles

(near Dodger Stadium) , and the role is

hybrid on-site Tues, Wed. and Thurs.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:Develop and modify charts, graphs, templates, and exhibits for incorporation into communication materials, websites, and presentations.Create presentation and accompanying note files for meetings and webcasts.Tailor materials to meet specific client requirements while maintaining adherence to brand, style, and data presentation standards.Graphic Designer Requirements:1-3 years of experience in a dynamic corporate settingProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 and Microsoft Excel (data charting and analysis)Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving, critical thinking, and navigating ambiguous situations.Demonstrating a collaborative approach and a proactive attitude towards achieving team goals.Displays a willingness and aptitude for acquiring new software skills as needed.Possesses a strong understanding of financial concepts and the investment industry, with experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, legal) being advantageous.Perks & Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance401k ProgramCommuter BenefiteLearningEducation ReimbursementOngoing Training & Development*To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.To learn more about this
