Social Media Community Coordinatorto join our Marketing Department. Reporting to our Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager, this position would join a team to support 125+ gym locations that are currently open or coming soon across nationwide. The position is a hybrid full-time, Monday thru Friday, with Mondays and Fridays being in-office days and Tue-Thu as optional to work from home or be in the office.If you have a passion for health, fitness and marketing, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging environment, we'd love to get to know you!Responsibilities:70% - Community EngagementDaily social media community engagement across all social media channels, ensuring accuracy with brand voice, tone, grammar and information sharedDevelop and implement strategies to grow the community base, including follower acquisition, retention, and re-engagement tacticsImplement our strategic engagement approach with Brand Partners and Creators, as neededFacilitate proactive engagement opportunities on TikTok and Threads in accordance with the social media strategy and brand engagement guidelinesEstablishing and maintaining social media listening queries and topics for proactive and reactive monitoringIdentify and action protocols for crisis management including consistent monitoring and timely communication with stakeholdersFacilitate, monitor and execute community giveaways and gifting campaignsStrong cross-functional communication skills to coordinate with various Internal colleagues in the Field, Member Experience, Human Resources and Brand, as needed.20% - Content SupportSocial media trend discovery and monitoring to serve as inspiration for content opportunitiesSupport ad-hoc social media content development, social captions, community management, editing, as neededIdentify and pursue quality UGC opportunitiesMaintain the up-to-date references of the link(s) in bio10% - AnalyticsEnsure data cleanliness while facilitating community engagement activities including message and profile tagging.Monitor Industry Sentiment and Brand SOV for recurring reporting needsPull social media engagement and community management reports, as requestedSkills:Be a critical thinkerBe a solution-oriented communicatorBe a strong time managerBe witty and playful with our MembersKnowledge of fitness and gym equipmentRequirements:1-2 years of professional work experience in brand social mediaThe ability to contextually understand social media conversations and slangFamiliarity with platforms like Sprout Social, , Hootsuite, Later and SprinklrAn understanding of engagement options and mechanisms of popular social media platformsMust reside in a city that has E S Fitness locations: Southern CA, Greater Phoenix Valley in AZ, Las Vegas area in NV, Greater Salt Lake Valley in UT, Dallas & Houston in TX, Greater Tampa area in FL and South FL.Interview Process:
