Our Director of Marketing:
As the Director of Marketing, you will focus on innovative and strategic marketing that will drive growth across our company and industries. You are well versed in marketing strategy, analysis, and campaign execution, and have a passion for leading and developing people.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse teamCreate and manage marketing strategies for Findorff, our industries, and departmentsManage brand presenceUnderstand and monitor marketing trendsDevelop and maintain marketing initiatives and provide reporting and analyses to leadershipDevelop communications, messaging, and PR strategiesOversee and provide strategic copywriting and content creationWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with department and company goalsEnsure processes and procedures are established where neededEducation & Experience:
10+ years of relevant experience and a BA degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication and people skillsSuccessful collaborator that is detail oriented and highly organizedPassion for strategy and proactive planningProficient in Microsoft Office and comfort with Adobe Creative SuiteExperience in the Construction industry is a plusPerks:
