Responsibilities65% - Acquisition Marketing - Execution & Analysis - Steve Madden US• Oversee the management of all direct revenue driving channels including SEM, Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliates, and as applicable Display• Serve as the initial touchpoint for day-to-day management of Steve Madden US acquisition marketing programs, wholly owning tactical strategy and collaborating closely with the Dr, Acquisition Marketing & VP, Marketing on higher level strategic decisions • Manage overall digital marketing budget and, in partnership with digital agency, understand spend effectiveness and optimizations for Steve Madden US• Analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement• Develop and maintain key performance metric reports that track the efficacy of implemented strategies• Work cross-functionally with internal creative and site teams to execute key initiatives and to ensure they produce a high volume of assets to ensure high frequency of testing • Clearly communicate results to executives and other marketing team members, succinctly articulating the drivers of over/underperformance 30% - Acquisition Marketing - Execution & Analysis - Betsey Johnson• Oversee the management of all direct revenue driving channels including SEM, Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliates, and as applicable Display• Wholly own the day-to-day strategy and management of Betsey Johnson's acquisition marketing programs• Manage overall digital marketing budget and, in partnership with digital agency, understand spend effectiveness and optimizations for Betsey Johnson• Analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement• Develop and maintain key performance metric reports that track the efficacy of implemented strategies• Work cross-functionally with internal creative and site teams to execute key initiatives and to produce high volume of assets to ensure high frequency of testing • Clearly communicate results to executives and other marketing team members, succinctly articulating the drivers of over/underperformance 5% - Cross Functional Responsibilities • Manage overall affiliate marketing budget and, in partnership with Rakuten, understand spend effectiveness and optimizations for all brands• Monthly billing tracking for all brands • Facilitate the set-up of digital accounts and assist in the implementation or troubleshooting of relevant technical or development tasks• Collaborate with the Director of Acquisition Marketing to ensure best practices are applied to all brands and campaigns in the full portfolio• Help inform recommendations for acquisition strategies as part of the acquisition team (new channels, audiences, tactics, bidding strategies, targeting options)Qualifications• Bachelor's degree• 4+ years of related experience, retail, ecomm and/or fashion experience preferred• Strong background in analytics and reporting• Experience managing large media budgets and multi-channel paid marketing campaigns• Highly skilled in marketing platforms including previous hands-on experience in Facebook and/or Google Ads• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets• Strong Google Analytics and MS Office/ Excel skills• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines• Strong project management, attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small mentality• Must be able to work both as a team member and independently.• Must be flexible to adapt to shifting priorities• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
