Therapy Marketing Manager

The Therapy Marketing Manager position will be primarily responsible for building and driving the marketing strategy to enable revenue growth and delivery of business targets, through both market development and share gain. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing related downstream marketing projects and programs. This position is a hybrid role (3 days in office/2 days remote).

Responsibilities:• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop and execute Nalu's therapy marketing plan• Lead development and execution of PNS and SCS positioning, messaging, marketing collateral, promotional campaigns and social media• Evaluate field needs and provide relevant marketing support and materials to assist the sales organization in achieving PNS and SCS revenue targets and business goals• Collaborate with clinical marketing to drive publication and podium strategies• Develop therapy of awareness and education strategies to target referring physicians and the general public• Provide practice marketing and co-marketing support to develop and drive demand for Nalu therapies in local market areas• Assist in the development of training materials to support initial and on-going education of the sales organization• Assist in the development of training materials and programs to support education of physicians and APPs• Provide on-going updates to the organization on relevant issues related to the competition, market conditions, clinical information and other topics as needed• Develop and implement patient education initiatives to enhance overall PNS and SCS therapy experience• Establish and maintain professional and productive working relationships with leading PNS and SCS implanters and KOLs• Develop and manage budgets and operate within stated company policies and procedures• Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required, to promote our products and services• Maintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional personal and company image

Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate relative work experience• Minimum of 5 years medical device experience within the neuromodulation or interventional pain fields• Demonstrated success in previous roles; including impactful management of marketing functions and personnel• Able and willing to travel 30%+• Working knowledge of surgery and spinal and/or central nervous system anatomy, preferred• Familiarity with healthcare/medical regulatory, quality, and reimbursement environment• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and sales reps• Field sales or clinical experience desired• Results-oriented, resourceful team player able to foster cooperation within a working group or team

Pay Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year
