Manage 3-4 marketing strategies for the USHG parent brand, internal USHG comms, and Hospitality Quotient (USHG’s hospitality consulting group), with the potential to work on our Full-Service Restaurant brands over time.Partner with USHG’s SVP, Senior Marketing Director, and Director of Communications to develop content that supports both short-term revenue goals and long-term brand-building opportunities.Support the build and execution of the annual USHG & HQ marketing plans and translate those into integrated campaigns.Serve as the main point of contact for USHG-wide campaign initiatives.Create and manage a marketing and content calendar and develop a reporting cadence on performance.Manage USHG & HQ’s organic/paid social media and website strategy and execution, and measurement. Craft and develop compelling content and stories across both channels.Help brainstorm and execute creative partnerships that are naturally aligned to our brands and help drive awareness and loyalty.Partner with SVP, Senior Marketing Director and relevant internal teams to strategize, develop and execute internal communications.What We Need From You:

5+ years of experience as a content manager or social media creatorBachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field or equivalent work experience.Portfolio of Previous Work in Social Media, Communications and/or MarketingExceptional writing skills — writing samples a plusFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Expert in social media platforms; including Meta, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Restaurant or Hospitality experience is a plus!Proficiency in eye catching photography, video capture and editingWhat you’ll get from us:
