Position HighlightsThe Marketing Coordinator coordinates all marketing activities, campaigns and events (includes advertising, promotions, website and social media content, etc.) from concept inception to completion for three auxiliary units (Student Unions, Bookstores and Parking & Transportation). This position provides the expertise to recommend the marketing media, activity, and/or program best suited to accomplish the intended outcomes. Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate assigned marketing activities including advertising, promotions, web and social media, etc. for 3 business units (Bookstore, Parking & Transportation and Student Unions.Develop targeted marketing strategies and strategic planning for all campaigns effectively delivering impactful messaging that promotes and showcases the client and its programs.Consult with clients to identify appropriate strategies to drive awareness.Drive awareness, satisfaction and target audience participation through targeted messages and programming. Stay in tune with changing audience landscape adjust to the latest innovative tactics like AI, UX/UI, etc.Analyze strategic efforts and synthesize data to evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing effort and use the data to develop actions to improve future campaigns.Deliver metric reports against key performance indicators.Function as a team leader in the development of marketing content and material in both physical and digital formats. Provide guidance to the design team in an effort to meet project goals.Ensure exceptional client communication and collaboration.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all marketing and communication activities.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.Preferred Qualifications

Experience in directing photo shoots, selection and image manipulation.Experience in Constant Contact or other email delivery systems
