Discovery Education is looking for a highly skilled

Marketing Operations Manager

to support strategic marketing operations in Marketo and across the marketing technology ecosystem. The role will lead campaign production and delivery, focusing on building & supporting standard and new programs such as email, nurture, lead capture, events, and webinars. This role will also support the marketing technology stack, including software implementations, maintaining integrations and ensuring data capture and connectivity. The role will be highly involved in key marketing processes such as the lead lifecycle and will be responsible for optimization and updates. The Marketing Operations Manager is organized, detail oriented, tech savvy, data driven, able to manage multiple deadlines, service oriented, and a strong communicator. This role will work with the marketing team and cross functionally to deliver marketing automation best practices and processes and best-in-class campaign operations and execution.

In This Role You Will:

Collaborate with marketing teams to build and launch effective marketing campaigns and programs, including webinars, events, email, nurture and integrated campaignsOwn and manage marketing campaign execution and delivery process, including managing teammates and marketing ops agency to meet SLAs/deadlines, building assets, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, QA process, tracking, and on time deploymentImplement best practices for campaign setup to optimize performance and build efficiencies for scale, including segmentation, personalization and data managementMonitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas of optimization, provide insights and recommendations and regular readouts/updates to the greater teamAnalyze attribution data to understand the impact of various marketing channels and campaigns and collaborate with teams to refine attribution models for accurate reportingManage the email marketing calendar for the K-12 business unit to ensure proper cadence and timelinessContinuously test and learn with regular A/B tests of email and landing pagesHelp evaluate new technology and support new integrations with Marketing Automation Platform, as well as maintain and optimize integrations once they're in placeGeneral marketing ops support and optimization with lead lifecycle, lead routing, and scoringSupport Marketing Ops team in system management, including data hygiene, data integrity, troubleshooting, error/issue resolutionsCore Competencies for Success:

Strong foundation in email marketing, building nurture journeys and triggered campaignsWorking knowledge of Bizible (Marketo Measure), HTML/CSS preferredProficient in SalesforceHigh sense of urgency and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPointCredentials and Experience:

4+ years' work experience in a sales, marketing or related roleBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related fieldMarketo Certified Expert preferred - or equivalent HubSpot/other MAP tool certification or 2+ years' experience working with Marketo, HubSpot or equivalentExperience managing campaign operations and delivery of marketing programsExperience in setting up tracking mechanisms for marketing campaignsExperience in optimizing landing pages and emailsLegal right to work in the United StatesThis role will sit in our Charlotte headquarters with a hybrid work schedule.
