The selected candidate will lead our marketing processes and technology initiatives. This role will be pivotal in optimizing our Pardot/Salesforce ecosystem, transitioning our systems to HubSpot, and driving data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, automation, and process optimization, with a focus on improving conversion rates and enhancing our overall marketing effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and support the amplification of our branding efforts across both businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Process Optimization:

Identify and implement new marketing technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Coordinate with the Salesforce system administrator to integrate and optimize Pardot/Salesforce functionalities.Manage incoming leads and coordinate the handoff to sales, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness within the Pardot/Salesforce ecosystem.Develop and manage lead scoring models to prioritize and route leads effectively.Implement and oversee campaign automation processes to streamline marketing efforts.Marketing Operations Leadership:

Establish a strong marketing operations foundation for both business units.Lead marketing analytics and automation efforts, including cleaning up Pardot and HubSpot, and transitioning from Pardot to HubSpot.Develop and maintain reporting/KPI dashboards and an attribution model in coordination with Sales.Ensure adherence to lead processes and continuous improvement through regular review and updates.Conduct data cleansing and maintenance activities to ensure the integrity and accuracy of marketing data.Campaign Execution:

Work with the marketing team to execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are targeted, personalized, and effective.Build out automation workflows for evergreen campaigns and other nurture programs.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Reporting and Analysis:

Build and maintain comprehensive reports on the marketing and sales pipeline, tracking the flow from lead generation to opportunity creation.Design and implement an attribution model to evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns and channels.Develop detailed reports that highlight the ROI of marketing activities, offering actionable insights to optimize strategies.Ensure accuracy and reliability of data through regular audits and collaboration with the sales team.MarTech Stack Management:

Oversee the management and optimization of our marketing technology stack, including webinar platforms and other digital tools.Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and enhance our marketing capabilities.Ensure seamless integration and functionality of all marketing tools within the tech stack.Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and objectives.Collaborate with the Salesforce system administrator to troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues.Support the marketing team with day-to-day operations and campaign execution.Requirements and Skills:

BS/MS degree in marketing, business, finance, computer science, or a related field.5+ years of experience with marketing automation tools, particularly Pardot and HubSpot.Experience with Salesforce and its integration with marketing automation platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in lead scoring, campaign automation, lead routing, and data cleansing.Ability to develop and adhere to lead processes and ensure continuous improvement.

Pay Range: $100K-$125K
