The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the ongoing coordination and execution of tradeshows and online events, ensuring seamless operations, effective marketing, and accurate lead management. This position requires close collaboration with both business lines, driving successful event outcomes through meticulous planning, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication with all stakeholders. You will excel in managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and executing marketing campaigns to enhance event impact and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Tradeshow Coordination:

Act as the primary contact for tradeshow organizers.Handle all communications regarding registration, speaking opportunities, and logistical requirements.Ensure compliance with all deadlines and provide necessary information to tradeshow organizers.Manage event registration for attendees.Coordinate attendee schedules and ensure proper representation on-site.Liaise with the booth logistics vendor for setup and teardown.Ensure timely shipment and receipt of all materials and collateral.Oversee on-site logistics to guarantee smooth operations during the event.Speaking Opportunities:

Identify and secure speaking opportunities at trade shows and digital events, like webinars.Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to prepare presentations and materials.Brief and prepare speakers for their sessions.Event Promotion:

Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute pre-event marketing campaigns to drive interest and booth traffic across various marketing channels.Plan and implement post-event follow-up campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.Sales Coordination:

Distribute pre-event attendee lists to the sales team in a timely manner to support their outreach efforts.Coordinate pre-event meetings with the sales team to align goals and objectives.Host post-event follow-up meetings with the sales team to score leads and collect any lessons learned from the event.Lead Management:

Import event leads into Salesforce and tag them with the appropriate campaign source.Track and report on the performance of events in terms of leads generated and opportunities created.Ensure accurate attribution of opportunities to specific events.Reporting and Analysis:

Provide regular updates and performance reports to stakeholders.Analyze the effectiveness of events and provide insights for future improvements.Social Media:

Develop and execute social media strategies to promote events, webinars, and other marketing activities.Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond appropriately to interactions.Requirements and Skills:

5+ years of experience in event marketing and coordination.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.Experience with social media management and content creation.Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.

Pay Range: $90K-$110K
