The digital and email marketing manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This includes managing the company's email marketing campaigns, social media presence, and digital advertising. This role will work closely with the broader marketing team to align digital initiatives with the overall marketing plan and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy, including email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and website optimizationManage the editorial calendar and content creation for all digital marketing channelsOversee and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and performance analysisMonitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvementManage the digital marketing budget and optimize digital marketing KPIs like CPL, CPC and ROASStay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for new initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital efforts and achieve business goalsManage and optimize the company's website, including content updates, design enhancements, and technical improvementsOversee the work of any digital marketing vendors or agenciesQualifications
5+ years of experience in digital and email marketing, with a proven track record of driving resultsProficient in email marketing platforms, social media management tools, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing softwareStrong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and marketing automationAn excellent storyteller with a strong ability to articulate value through email copy and ad copyExcellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsEffective project management and team leadership abilitiesFamiliar with web design, HTML, and CSSBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
$115,200 - $140,400 a year
The estimated US base salary range for this position is
$115,200 - $140,400
annually for employees based within California & New York. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity & comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, 401(K), flexible paid time off, 10 paid holidays each calendar year, sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws. Individual compensation packages are based on multiple factors such as location, level, role scope, and complexity, as well as additional job-related factors such as skills, experience, and expertise.
