We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and analytical Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing to join our growing Integrated Marketing team. The Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing strategies across various channels to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth. This role also supports the marketing team in various aspects of campaign execution, creative project management, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Marketing Strategy:Develop, support, and implement comprehensive integrated marketing plans that align with business objectives and brand strategy.Oversee the creation and execution of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and identity across all channels.Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.Lead website content updates, UI/UX upgrades, and analysis-driven enhancements to increase consumer engagement and lead generation.Lead the development and execution of PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Marketing Campaign Support:Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and in-store promotions.Monitor campaign performance and provide analysis to optimize future initiatives.Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to internal teams and external partners.

Budget Maintenance and Management:Track and manage the marketing budget, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to financial guidelines.Support the preparation of budget proposals and financial forecasts.

Reporting and Analysis:Maintain and update marketing performance reports, dashboards, and metrics.Analyze campaign data to generate insights and recommendations for improvement.

Creative Project and Content Coordination:Support and project manage photography and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand standards and expectations.Work with external partners, such as agencies and production companies, to manage project timelines and deliverables.Manage workflows for requesting, publishing, and maintaining website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Additional Responsibilities:Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for various marketing projects, initiatives, and events.Support the creation of internal and external presentations, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with brand messaging.Coordinate logistics for marketing materials distribution and inventory management.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated and digital marketing in the CPG industry.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience managing budgets and working with external agencies and vendors.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, etc.).
