Position Overview:

Are you a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for driving results through innovative digital strategies? RFgen is looking for an experienced professional to lead the execution of our digital marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B marketing, a deep understanding of digital channels, and hands-on experience with Pardot. You will play a critical role in enhancing our online presence, generating leads, and driving conversions.

Core Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management:

Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.Lead Generation and Nurturing:

Implement lead generation strategies and manage lead nurturing workflows using Pardot and Salesforce CRM.Content Strategy:

Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that aligns with our marketing goals, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.Analytics and Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.SEO and SEM:

Optimize website content for search engines, manage paid search campaigns, and track keyword performance to improve search rankings and visibility.Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.Website Management:

Oversee website updates and enhancements, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimizing for conversions.Marketing Automation:

Utilize Pardot for creating automated marketing campaigns, managing email marketing, and maintaining lead scoring models.Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.Additional Information:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.Hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce CRM is highly preferred.Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Strong Communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with CMS platforms is a plus.

Salary Description

$85,000 - $95,000
