The Marketing Administrative Assistant will support key deadlines and projects for the B2B Trade Marketing team (approx. 60% of role), as well as the overall administrative needs of the Marketing department (approx. 40% of role) for Uniworld Boutique River Cruises. This role is essential in guaranteeing the timely delivery and distribution of all marketing requests, materials, and payments.

Key Responsibilities

TRADE MARKETING (60%)

Traffic all new marketing requests from internal clients, ensuring the marketing calendar for global teams' requests and the sales channels (including National Accounts, Trade Marketing and Strategic Account Managers) is accurate and up to dateWork with the internal creative team to ensure all trade marketing materials (i.e. PowerPoint presentations, flyers, brochures, toolkits) are up to date and distributed as neededWork closely with distribution centers to manage brochure and collateral requests, inventory levels, and the ordering system for external clientsAdditional duties and responsibilities related to marketing support for trade marketing team as neededMARKETING ADMINISTRATION (40%)

Process and track department invoices and expense reports, monitoring and reporting on department budgetWork closely with all Marketing Managers to track and report on all marketing tactics and campaign metricsManage and update global PR and Marketing distribution listsManage global award trackingDevelop and maintain an organization system for marketing toolsAdditional duties and responsibilities related to marketing support for PR, website, brand, creative and consumer marketing teams as neededExperience

1-2 years

of experience as an Admin/Assistant or in a comparable role.Marketing knowledge

is a plus but not required.Basic knowledge

of the travel industry is an advantage.Competencies

Salary Description

$20 - $22 / hour
