Associates degree in graphic design, advertising or communications field that requires designProven ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively in a diverse team environmentAbility to thrive and be productive in a fast-paced, high volume production-oriented environmentAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)Demonstrates a strong understanding of both print and digital mediaDemonstrates excellent organizational skills with a proactive approachDemonstrates a strong understanding of design principlesDemonstrates a strong attention to detailMac proficientPREFERENCES

The pace is quick and you will manage multiple projects simultaneously in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Create flyers, postcards, posters, web graphics, landing pages/forms to promote company events, initiatives and services
Support the production of print advertisements in formatting, versioning, and ensuring that files meet technical specificationsProvide support in editing and ordering flyers, forms, emails, postcards, posters, T-shirts, large graphic promotions, etc. to promote company events, initiatives and servicesEdit, retouch and resize photos as needed for use in promotional materialsFollow brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all projectsCoordinate printing with external vendors as neededProduce both static/animated digital advertisementsArchive files within department standard protocolsAssist with web edits as it pertains to company events
