JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a Senior Footwear Designer with a passion for crafting cutting-edge performance footwear. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and creative vision to our dynamic design team, driving trends and innovations that keep our athletes a step ahead. It is expected that this role will lead and influence younger designers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and develop high-performance footwear that meets the specific needs of wrestlers and other athletes.Collaborate with creative, merchandising, development and marketing to ensure designs align with market needs as well as brand and business goals.Lead and inspire junior designersLead projects from concept through production and sales execution, ensuring designs are functional, cost-effective, and manufacturable.Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies to propose innovative design solutions.Conduct wear-tests, and coordinate with athletes and coaches to gather feedback and refine designs.Hold focus groups to connect and better understand all consumer demographicsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or related field.5+ years of experience in footwear design, particularly in performance-oriented categories.Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and CAD.Demonstrated ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different departments.A portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of footwear design and innovation.Why Join RUDIS?
