JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for proactively facilitating communication between business units and marketing subject matter experts while overseeing the timely execution of associated marketing deliverables. Project management responsibilities include project intake, outlining tasks and corresponding due dates, copy writing, editing and various digital marketing tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Coordination of marketing requests from multiple stakeholders. Requests include but not limited to digital marketing assets (web, social, email, Ballpark app, in-park, out-of-home), event signage, print collateral, radio ads, videos, sweepstakes rules.

Communicate to gather all information needed to complete the requested project, including due dates, launch dates, budgets, quantities, copy, collateral, etc.

Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships (internal and external). These stakeholders are supported by Marketing Department and the Marketing Coordinators are their primary point of contact.

Resource Management: effectively manage resources for all projects led. This includes marketing team subject matter experts and any other internal resources needed to complete a given project.

Vendor Management: includes issuing RFPs, reviewing proposals and selecting vendors. Ensure that budgets, timelines and final deliverables are met by all involved external partners/vendors. Will be point of contact for any outside contracted agencies/partners as assigned.

Will work closely with area specific stakeholders, Director of Marketing and Advertising, VP of Creative and SVP of Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans.

Will work with the Business Analytics team to make data driven marketing decisions and to track performance of assigned marketing efforts.

Collaboration with other departments as needed.

Create and maintain weekly project status reports to each assigned business unit.

Coordination of projects using our digital project management software (Wrike).

Support of internal and general marketing projects as assigned.

All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, Business or Public Relations.

1-3 years of experience in Marketing; Multicultural Marketing a plus.

Strong customer-service oriented attitude.

Exceptional communication skills, including conversational, writing and grammatical ability.

Exceptional multitasking and organizational ability.

Ability to work in tight deadlines.

Positive attitude.

Detail oriented and a service mentality.

Proficient in MS office, especially Excel and Word.

Experience with Mac and Adobe CS.

Must work well in a cross-functional team environment and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Motivated self-starter.
