Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key player, you'll support the evolving needs of our brand through strategic composition, multi-media collateral development, and be proficient in copy development and creative systems. Whether it's enhancing market positioning or fostering strategic growth, your role will involve providing support to various positions including Marketing Team Members, Management, and Agents. Additionally, as a Graphic Designer, you'll play a crucial role in developing marketing strategies and visually articulating them to inspire engagement and effectively promote our company and agents to targeted audiences. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Project Manager to develop and design concepts and execute compelling visuals for marketing materials with enhanced copy promoting our business.• Create and design production of critical company and agent presentation materials.• Create designs for compelling and customized agent and property-specific marketing.• Develop new design standards and ensure brand standards and regulatory requirements are maintained.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, vendors, and printers to effectively launch new initiatives and ensure accurate execution.• Support the strategic endeavors of the company and real estate agents through both print and digital mediums.• Maintain strong brand identity and graphic integrity standards.• Deliver high-quality work within deadlines and budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google products.• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining a positive attitude.• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.• Preferred experience with MAXA and/or Canva.• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.• Knowledge of digital marketing principles, techniques, and industry-appropriate platforms and tools.• Ability to build trust and strong connections through communication and accountability.• Proficient in copywriting/editing.
