Marketing ManagerPosition Summary

Emergency AC is seeking a talented Marketing Manager who has a passion for all things marketing and a knack for attention to detail, strong project management skills, the ability to hold people accountable, and solid communication and organization skills. This position requires the ability to be a self starter and execute the daily responsibilities of the marketing plan. Experience implementing and working with digital programs in a fast-paced environment is an absolute must. In this role you have the opportunity for mentorship under an industry leading Chief Marketing Officer.

Emergency AC is owned by an investment firm that intends to make multiple additional acquisitions. This role would be involved in covering marketing responsibilities for all additional acquisitions and as such represents an exciting and dynamic growth opportunity for the right candidate.Duties & Responsibilities• Analyze and develop data-driven marketing strategies.• Execute content creation according to a digital calendar, including seasonal product messaging, sales, holidays, and more.• Write and publish blog articles.• Write strong copy and messaging.• Work within Canva to produce graphics for social media.• Write copy, schedule posts, and community management for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.• Liaison with CMO and external digital marketing team to provide assets and complete requested tasks.• Develop and maintain marketing vendor relationships and hold them accountable to performance and delivery.• Perform lead quality assessments and manage lead reporting.• Perform other marketing tasks as needed.Skills & Qualifications• BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or other related field• 3-4 years in relevant roles (marketing management, marketing coordination, digital project management)• 1-2 years of experience building workflow automations or funnels in systems like Hubspot, Pardot, or Active Campaign.• Accomplished understanding of tracking lead and ROI performance.• Familiarity with service platforms like Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan is preferred but not required.• Experience marketing in the home service industry is preferred.• Demonstrated ability to achieve success with outbound SMS or email campaigns from concept to completion.• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments.• Excellent interpersonal skills.• Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously. A familiarity with project management software is an asset!• Working knowledge of basic computer applications (Google Suite, MS Office, Trello, Slack, etc.) and features is a must.• The ability to effectively write and publish blog articles.• The ability to write meaningful content and messaging for sales and SEO.• The ability to navigate and work within a website CMS (like Word press) and a comfort working with basic HTML.• Experience working with Canva to create professional social media graphics.• Experience working with various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.• Willingness to travel within Texas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $72,000 - $83,000 based on experience

Bonus based on personal and company performance
