Inflammatix is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Communications with a track record of building and executing external brand communication plans that promote strategic storytelling and establishing the Company as the leader in host response diagnostics. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will develop and deploy campaigns working with executive leadership, Marketing and Medical Affairs to create and curate content. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing. Day-to-day responsibilities of this role include designing new assets and collateral, executing promotional campaigns, and managing Inflammatix's marketing channels, including social media, digital, web, SEO, email, print, PR, and overseeing the planning and management of meetings and events. Specific deliverables may include presentations, flyers, brochures, social media posts, email blasts, press releases, webinars, event plans, videos, photography, digital ads, and programmatic marketing.

We are looking for a self-driven, customer-focused leader with excellent communication, creative design, and project management skills. The successful candidate will be able to take complex ideas about clinical challenges, products and technology and deliver both evocative and educational campaigns that create a long-lasting memorable experience with our customers. Attention to detail, time management and strong organizational skills are critical to deliver high-quality, customer content.

This is a management role starting with one direct report with the expectation the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications will also as an individual contributor to deliver on Marketing objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Design, execute and monitor marketing campaigns tied to business objectives targeting clinical and laboratory stakeholdersContinually raise the bar on development of emotional and data-driven storytelling with a strong customer focusWork cross-functionally within Marketing and Medical AffairsDesign high-quality presentations, collateral, videos and social media contentDrive content adoption through all marketing channels focused on generating new leads and nurturing existing opportunitiesPartner with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for upcoming launchesDrive planning and logistics for all external meetings and eventsManage one direct report with opportunity to grow the teamMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

7 years professional experience in marketing communicationsStrong creative design experience, i.e. Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop)Experience developing and managing integrated, omni-channel product campaigns, including their execution via marketing automation toolsExperience managing international, national and regional eventsExperience strengthening corporate branding activitiesExperience working in healthcare industry. Preferred: Experience in diagnostics marketingPreferred: 3+ years of management experienceAble to work on-location at conferences or Inflammatix Headquarters in Sunnyvale, California up to 20% of the timeKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented and delivering results in a highly organized mannerAbility to maintain high quality work while meeting tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneouslyHistory of working in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic, rapidly changing environmentPrior agency experience also a plusPrior experience and understanding of digital marketing preferredCOMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATION:

Classification: Full-timeBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision; 401(k), generous leave and moreLocation: Remote-USThe base salary range for this position is $149,000- $171,000 per year which represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this exempt position.

Please note that actual offer will vary based on factors including, but not limited to the candidate's geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors including internal equity. As such, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the lower or upper end of the range. Please also note the compensation range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package. A bonus and/or long term incentive units may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.U.S. employees are offered medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as access to HSA, FSA, commuter, LTD, STD and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in our company 401k plan and employer match. Employees accrue up to 15 paid vacation days, 7 paid sick days and 10 paid holidays per calendar year. Inflammatix U.S. offices are closed for winter break each year between Christmas and New Years Day and the company offers this time as additional paid time off for U.S. salaried/exempt employees.
