• Individuals work to build upon best-in-class channel management programs and processes including but not limited to partner recruitment, partner communications, partner enablement, partner growth and and the ROI measurement of channel marketing programs.• Develop and execute quarterly or annual marketing plans including budget management, expense management and revenue forecasting.• Support new product launch efforts in the channel including collateral, communication strategy, training tools and related activities.• Monitor program and campaign efforts and conduct pre and post-program analysis to drive improvement.• Work closely with the ESET end user demand generation teams to ensure a balanced marketing effort and leverage resources and assets.• Analyze and report progress against campaign goals and report on ROI.• Work closely with Marketing to support ongoing priorities, including product presentations, trade shows, research, and competitive intelligence.• Monitor, analyze and report on competitive activities within channel including price, promotion, new products, and programs.• Manage 3rd party vendors and build processes that support successful execution of channel marketing programs and campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:• 5 years in a marketing role with a minimum of 2 or more years in a pure channel marketing position in a B-to-B software hardware organization.• BA/BS Marketing preferred• Security technology experience is a plus• Proven ability to define VAR channel strategy, and lead implementation of tactics.• Proven ability to create innovative and execute comprehensive programs and campaigns for the reseller channel.• Able to demonstrate consistent ability to meet objectives on time and within budget• Proven capacity to excel in a fast-paced, multifaceted, team environment• Excellent oral and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities• Capacity to think "outside the box" and motivate others to take well-reasoned risks• Able to work well independently and in a team environment, and interact with individuals at all levels in the organization• Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills; detail-oriented. PERFORMANCE MEASURES:• Manage channel MDF, ESET marketing budget and expenses including forecast accuracy. Analyze and report progress against campaign goals and report on ROI.• Action Plans and projected ROI for each Marketing Campaign. Monitor program and campaign efforts and conduct pre and post-program analysis to drive improvement.• Track competitive channel marketing programs, market and channel trends and adjust channel strategies accordingly.• Support new product launch efforts in the channel including collateral, communication strategy, training tools and related activities.
