Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and continuously improve business users' experiences on TikTok.Manage the work of a focused team of software engineers, providing guidance, regular feedback, education, and mentoring for R&D teams and XFN teams.Take responsibility for project directions, project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.Define a long-term technical roadmap and contribute to technical decisions on your team.Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally in a fast-paced environment.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline.7+ years of experience in software engineering with strong Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software architecture design) and problem-solving skills.2+ years of experience managing or technically leading a software engineering team.Ability to think critically and formulate solutions in a clear and concise way.Very strong teamwork skills (e.g., communication, ownership, empathy, honesty).Experience with Digital Marketing Management, Instant Messaging systems, Advertisement Technology, or Digital Content Creation is a plus, but not required.Experience with consumer-user-facing products is a plus, but not required.

Job Information:The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $224000 - $410000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.Our company benefits are designed to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
