M-F 8:45am-5:15pm

Job Duties:

Support the Director of Digital Communications and Design with graphic design needs across the Department. The individual will be responsible for creating digital and print collateral materials including event invites, Department reports including data visualization, and web/social graphics. The individual will also assist with the design and development of new templates and assets in line with the Department's brand identity and assist with the rolling transition of existing assets to the new branding.

Required skills/experience:

Advanced proficiency in Adobe CS, including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and InDesign. Experience with Acrobat Pro and designing fillable forms. Experience in Microsoft Suite for administrative duties as well as design (Word, Publishing and PowerPoint in particular) Web design and basic HTML coding experience a plus. Experience working with a CMS, particularly Drupal for websites and SharePoint for Intranets also a plus.
