The Role:

Performance Marketing Manager,

you will drive business growth by crafting and executing campaigns across several paid marketing channels such as but not limited to paid search, Meta retargeting, social ads and video. Analyzes data, optimizes campaigns, and collaborates with the team to achieve top performance for multiple revenue channels."

Performance Marketing Manager,

you are expected to:

Strategy Development:

Craft and implement effective paid marketing strategies to achieve ambitious business objectives for multiple revenue channels including PPC, Remarketing, and other channels.Campaign Management and Ownership:

Strategize, execute, and enhance paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.Landing Page Management and Ownership : Own the domains and landing pages, while continuously optimizing for conversion rates in addition to managing the tracking links.Performance Analysis:

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics such as but not limited to click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).Reporting:

Regularly track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for enhancement, while being able to act on recommendations for landing pages and campaigns alike.A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve ad creative, targeting, and landing pages.

Success in this role means:Deliver data-driven campaign optimization, resulting in improved conversion rates and a significant reduction in cost per acquisition (CPA)Increased revenue through high-performing paid advertising campaigns across several channels, achieving ambitious business objectives and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS)

Background: Must have a strong understanding of US culture and sports and ideally be based in the US.Experience:

Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role, specializing in paid campaigns across PPC, retargeting, and landing page optimization.Platform Knowledge:

Deep understanding of various paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with website analytics tools and concepts.Tools Proficiency:

Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.Testing Knowledge:

Experience with A/B testing and understanding of statistical significance.Industry Knowledge (a plus!) : Understanding the iGaming affiliate marketing space along with B2C digital subscription business.Track Record:

Demonstrated and proven success in managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns.SEO Knowledge:

Strong understanding of SEO principles and their connection with paid marketing efforts.Budget Management:

Experience managing large advertising budgets.
