Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.The Growth Marketing Lead will spearhead digital advertising efforts and drive efficient customer acquisition across various online channels, with expertise in B2B Google search engine marketing (PPC). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing performance-based campaigns, optimizing marketing spend, and maximizing ROI.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of digital advertising campaigns including planning, implementation, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives like customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI targets.Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for campaign optimization, including audience targeting, ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV), and optimize campaign performance.Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to maximize campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.Create digital marketing analytics dashboards to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance.Conduct deep-dive analysis to optimize digital marketing strategies and tactics.Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative strategies into campaigns.Manage relationships with external partners to support campaign execution.Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for key stakeholders.Continuously monitor and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI.Manage digital paid media plans for PPC and display.Perform daily account responsibilities for Google Ads and other search platforms.QualificationsMinimum of 8 years' experience in B2B Google search, digital advertising, growth marketing or related field.Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools/platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager.Extensive proficiency in analytics tools like Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau.Analytical mindset with strong project management skills.Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.Results-oriented with a focus on meeting performance targets.Informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.Ability to work during normal EST hours.Experience creating targeted lists in Salesforce and leveraging 6sense.
