As a UI/UX Designer at Medisolv, you will play a key role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our Platform and software products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, define requirements, and design solutions that enhance usability and engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction visual design, and excellent communication skills.

A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and product goals.Incorporate end user workflows and intuitive navigation in the UI/UX design.Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas.Develop user interface designs that align with brand guidelines and usability best practices.Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in designing B2B solutions, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and deliverables.Strong UX development skills are necessary to succeed in this position.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Figjam, Photoshop, or similar.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interactive design, and information architecture.Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer. We are unable to provide sponsorship at this time.Preferred Qualifications:Experience and/or familiarity with enterprise applications in healthcare provider settings.Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).This position is open to remote work.
