As a Design Engineer QA Video, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of video content across various company platforms and products.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to understand project requirements and objectives.Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for video content, ensuring adherence to design guidelines and specifications.Conduct thorough testing and analysis of video content, identifying and documenting any issues or bugs.Perform functional, performance, and usability testing to ensure optimal user experience across different devices and platforms.Utilize various testing tools and techniques to validate video quality, including resolution, encoding, compression, and playback.Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to video content.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video quality assurance, and provide recommendations for process improvements.Document and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test reports for future reference and knowledge sharing.Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on video content, ensuring alignment with brand and user experience guidelines.Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the quality of video content delivered.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interactive/Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in quality assurance testing for video content, preferably in a web or interactive design environment.Strong knowledge of video encoding, compression, and playback technologies.Proficiency in using testing tools and software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.Familiarity with industry-standard video formats and codecs, including H.264, HEVC, and VP9.Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and document issues effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Solid understanding of user experience principles and the ability to ensure video content meets usability standards.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
