The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.Are you a numerate Office Manager with broad experience looking for a “hands on” role, where no 2 days will be the same?Have you worked in a fast-paced environment and would you like to bring your experience to an outstanding working environment, unrestricted by a corporate structure?Are you IT-savvy with experience managing budgets, reporting to accountants and managing contractor relationships?Are you confident and approachable and able to communicate at all levels?Our client is looking for an exceptional individual to fully oversee the smooth running of this dynamic office.(4 days in-office/1 wfh)What you’ll be doing day to day:

Providing full office management; liaising with staff, suppliers and managing relationshipsPreparing invoices, complete records and account statementsManaging returns to payroll monthlyCompiling cost and revenue, budget and profit share reportsLiaising with Banking Business Manager as requiredReconciling monthly credit card statementsSetting up payment arrangements and keeping records for income streamsHR; liaising with payroll regarding new starters, P60s etcCreating contracts in line with company policy for full-time, contract and freelancersProducing and keeping up to date a salary spreadsheetKeeping an accurate record of personal development including trainingMaintaining internal database with staff records, company handbook and proceduresLiaising with the company’s external suppliers, e.g. IT support, cleaning and security alarm companiesBuilding strong working relationships throughout the office and with external partiesThe skills you need to bring:

Previous Office Management experience from a fast paced environmentExperience with invoicing proceduresAwareness of VAT and tax issuesProactive, organised and detail oriented approachAn ability to anticipate and manage workloadConfident and warm, friendly demeanourExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAccurate with exceptional attention to detail+ benefits
