Join us on our journey and make a meaningful impact on the lives of people around the globe.Position SummaryRecor is looking for a motivated and driven Marketing Manager, Downstream Marketing, who will play a key role in our new and exciting commercialization journey. The primary focus of this role will help define the marketing strategies and lead a broad range of marketing initiatives to drive the success of ultrasound renal denervation among interventionalists, with a focus in the US market. The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and will be asked to deliver on the following job responsibilities.

Gain deep insights into target customers’ unmet needs and their buying journey based on market research and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.Develop and implement comprehensive downstream marketing strategies and tactics to support product commercialization and adoption.Responsible for competitive positioning and messaging to drive product and clinical evidence differentiation and manage the communication strategies via different channels.Monitor competitive trends and activities and pivot strategies as needed. Lead the creation of customer-facing collateral and all commercial enablement tools.Partner with sales leaders to provide field support to implement the marketing and sales training plans timely and successfully.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing Communications, Medical Education, Training, and Scientific Affairs to maximize the impact of various marketing programs.Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hypertension market including industry trends, clinical data and competitive products and strategies.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience working in a marketing role in Medical Devices.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable marketing plans.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for early-stage technologies to product use and revenue growth.Strong program and project management skills to execute marketing initiatives independently and in partnership with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong marketing background on healthcare market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning.Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and KPI tracking.Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving business outcomes.Ability to operate independently and pivot quickly in a rapidly growing ‘start-up’ environment.Build relationships with key customers, thought leaders, trade associations, and industry players to facilitate sales and increase product adoption.Fluent in English. Excellent written and oral communication skills.Expected travel up to 40%.Preferred:MBA degree.Knowledge and experience in the interventional cardiology field.
