Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with Therapy Brands' overall business goals, focusing on market expansion, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.Develop and own product positioning documents that clearly articulate the value proposition, business benefits, and differentiators.Lead market research efforts to identify market needs, customer segments, and competitive landscapes to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and successful product launches and adoption.Support the demand generation team with content and tools to generate leads and accelerate the sales pipeline.Develop compelling content and sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, product sheets, and web content, to articulate the value proposition of our products to different audiences.Write thoughtful and engaging content for the website, including product pages, blogs, and white papers.Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.Foster strong relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and customers to amplify our market presence and product visibility.Lead, mentor, and grow the product marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, specifically within the SaaS and healthcare IT sectors preferred.Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic product marketing plans that have achieved measurable business results.Deep understanding of the healthcare IT market, including regulatory environments, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and KPIs.Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Additional InformationWhile we've outlined some key qualities we typically seek, it's essential to remember that there might be additional unique strengths and talents you possess that would make you an exceptional match for us, even if they're not explicitly mentioned.
