Full-timeResponsibilitiesUnderstand client's organization and change management issues, explain the factors involved and shape organizational solutions to deliver value to the clientAdditional responsibilities in at least one of the following change management offering areas:Application of the change architectures, models, and frameworks used to execute global, multi-polar, multi-workforce, cross-generational, or multi-cultural, complex change successfully.Assist client executives communicate frameworks, cultural norms, and stakeholder engagement practicesOrganization Change EnablementApproach Change Management as a "Science" instead of an "Art" by using data-driven and predictable methodologyUtilize methods, estimators, and frameworks that integrate tightly with the broader projectDrive stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, learning/training, communications, business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurementHelp re-align the organization, its people, and their actions with critical business imperatives and specific objectivesAssist with the workforce transition from internally managed operations to outsourced operationsIdentify opportunities to provide or create additional client valueDevelop trusted relationships with key clients or internal customersAbility to meet travel requirements, up to 100%Basic QualificationsMinimum of 5 years experience related to successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of change management methodology, job/role/organization design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, communication planning, training/performance support and organizational readinessMinimum of 2 years consulting experienceMinimum of 2 years project and team management experienceMinimum of 2 years experience working in the Communications, Media & Technology industryBachelor's DegreePreferred SkillsExperience in one or more of the following industries: Products, Financial Services, Health & Public Service, Resources or Communications, Media & TechnologyExperience in other related areas such as HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration or Human Capital & Organization EffectivenessDemonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competenciesBackground in individual and/or organizational psychologyProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentProven success in contributing to a team-oriented environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Desire to work in an information systems environmentApplicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.No Phone Calls/Emails etc please those chosen for an interview will be contacted.We look forward to receiving your application!
