Director of Sales + Marketing , you’ll oversee all sales functions. Here are just a few of the tasks you’ll be completing on a daily basis:Direct the solicitation efforts of the sales staff.Interview, hire and train all sales associates.Compile and direct the preparation of reports pertaining to the operation of the sales department.Conduct research on the hospitality industry to develop new marketing strategies.Develop and conduct presentations to prospective clients.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:Bachelor’s degree or above in business, management, public relations, advertising, sales, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or management will be essential.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Strong motivational and leadership skills.Excellent creative skills.Ability to conduct market research will be essential.Strategic planning skills.WHEN YOU ARE HERE:Be prepared to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
