Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.In the Footwear Team, the Senior Color Designer will collaborate with the cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life. You will use trend forecasting, mood boarding, visualization tools, CAD work, and presentation skills to refine and drive seasonal footwear color strategy in support of the larger brand creative direction. We expect this person to be a great communicator, self-starter, detail oriented, consumer-obsessed designer who can ideate, innovate and manage the color design process of complex product systems through collaboration in a fast-paced environment.A Day In The LifeThrive in an environment with ambiguity and changes in priorities.Clearly communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences and at all levels within the organization.Think both analytically and creatively with excellent problem-solving skills.Research new materials, manufacturing technologies, and design methodologies.QualificationsBA/BS in Design or higherFocus on Footwear Design, or Graphic/Fashion/Product.6-9 years industry experience in same or similar field.Mastery of the Adobe Suite, CAD and strong understanding of MS Office, MAC OSExpert ability to create material maps and demonstrate knowledge of current trends and the ability to interpret trends.A wide knowledge of engineering materials and manufacturing methodologyStrong understanding of an experience employing design, construction techniques, and appropriate use of materials, including extensive knowledge and full understanding of product design and development including outsole construction, last making, materials, color, etc.A demonstrated portfolio of work, with clear examples of commercialized designsMust HavesIntegrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn't take themselves too seriously.Compensation And Benefits Packagelululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from

$116,400 - 152,800

annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
