The US Vaccine Marketing and Commercial Strategy team establishes marketing strategies for the brand and portfolio to manage the P&L and tactic execution, maximizing the upside and minimizing the downside. The Associate Director, Consumer Marketing, RSV will report to the Senior Director Consumer & Digital Marketing, RSV and work with members of the cross-functional vaccines commercial team to drive the success of Beyfortus. In this role, the Associate Director will be responsible for driving impactful execution of the Consumer campaigns, messaging, and leading the development of the integrated marketing strategy and brand planning.Main Responsibilities:Manage development and execution of Consumer branded and unbranded campaigns and core claims including MLR review.Lead development of parent educational materials for the HCP office.Lead the development of consumer/patient materials via omni-channel marketing, including TV commercial development, website, digital, social media and influencer marketing. Lead the development of multi-cultural marketing and health equity initiatives.Act as the main point of contact for multiple agencies to produce deliverables on strategy, within timelines, on budget, and measure outcomes across multiple channels.Key point of contact with market research and analytics teams to develop research stimuli and manage project plans. Key point of contact with Public Affairs and Corporate Communications.Ensure research insights are implemented within tactical execution.Coordinate key performance indicators / metrics to enable performance reporting.Co-lead the development of strategic integrated marketing brand plans.Track KPIs measuring impact of both Consumer branded and unbranded campaigns.This is not an exhaustive, comprehensive listing of job functions as the candidate may perform other duties as assigned. This role may also evolve over time.About YouEducational Requirements:An undergraduate degree in business or related discipline required. An advanced degree is a plus; an MBA preferred.Experience:5+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years of in line brand strategy and tactical marketing experience in vaccines or specialty pharmaceuticals preferred.At least 3 years of Consumer DTC/patient marketing experience.
