Job Description

1. Develop and implement B2B growth strategies focused on customer acquisition, lead generation and demand creation.

2. Ideate, establish, and lead demand generation campaigns that leverage marketing channels such as SEO/SEM, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing, nurture, and display and programmatic advertising components.

3. Manage a data-driven approach to optimize marketing campaigns, funnel performance, and customer segmentation to drive strong campaign performance to support the organization's revenue targets.

4. Implement lifecycle strategies to engage customers at each phase of the customer journey, from awareness and acquisition to retention and loyalty.

5. Maintain a feedback loop and work closely with sales and client facing teams to monitor performance and pivot collaboratively.

6. Equip Sales with buying stage-relevant tools, training, and messaging necessary to successfully advance the sale from stage to stage

7. Measure and report performance of all campaign components and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

8. Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate marketings impact on the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

9. Build and present strategy decks to communicate details, expected results, and ROI associated with campaigns to executives.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Proven working experience in B2B growth marketing, particularly within the financial services, payments, or Fintech industry.
- Demonstrable experience in creating and executing successful demand generation and lead generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in user segmentation, conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis.
- Strong writing skills and understanding of how to write in both marketing and sales tones.
- Proficient in using Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs)
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and its appropriate marketing applications.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and measurement.
- Strong communications, influencing, and collaboration skills (written, translating messages into graphic concepts, verbal)

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 119,100.00 to 172,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
