Summary:

As a

Product Marketing Manager

you will be responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of Teachstone, CLASS and all our products and services. Working in close collaboration with others from across the company, you'll play a critical role in launching new products, in bolstering the presence of our current products, strengthening internal knowledge and understanding of our product offerings to drive revenue for overall company success. Curiosity, creativity, organization, attention to detail, an eye for quality, and the ability to grasp and translate Teachstone's offerings into market-centric benefits are crucial skills for this position.

In your role as a

Product Marketing Manager

you will be the expert in our customers, understanding their needs along each step of the customer journey and helping to meet them where they are, while driving demand and interest forward.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will bring value to Teachstone through:

Product Launches:

Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams to develop and execute upon launch plans for new products and product updates.

Internal Enablement:

Become an expert in our products in order to maintain an internal product catalog - designed to build cross-functional alignment, strengthen internal product knowledge, and create consistency of messaging and positioning.

Market Research : Develop a deep understanding of our markets, their goals, their problems and build insight into the competitive landscape through market research, client interviews, win/loss analysis, and more.

Product Positioning : Inform product positioning and messaging driven by market research. Assist in the development of all product-related content (webpages, videos, blog posts, sales collateral, case studies, etc.) to drive demand and ensure consistency of messaging across assets.

Measurement and Learning : Assess the effectiveness of products and product marketing programs on an ongoing basis, demonstrate ROI, and make data-driven, strategic decisions that lead to better performance.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Work closely with Product, Growth and Operation units and teams to ensure cohesive and effective product launches, driving cross-functional alignment, and monitoring milestones and KPIs to lead to ultimate success

Required Qualifications:

Marketing experience, preferably product marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience writing promotional content that is benefit-driven

Ability to set, manage, and meet priorities in the face of competing demands

Preferred Qualifications:

BA/BS degree

Pragmatic or Other Product Marketing Certification(s)

Experience using project management tools, such as Asana

Experience working in a fast-paced, nimble, and uber-collaborative environment

Ability to think creatively and critically at a granular level that aligns to the broader, strategic vision

Familiarity with tools such as Hubspot and Wordpress
