As an Audience Manager at Capital Group, you will be an integral leader of a cross-functional team responsible for delivering value-add services to Institutional Retirement client relationships. In this important role, you'll partner with sales to convey and subsequently deliver the ICanRetire value proposition to clients, prospects and consultants.
You'll be the primary liaison between the product, marketing and client teams to ensure we're delivering on set expectations and driving business results while delighting clients in the process.
You'll lead all aspects of client engagement for ICanRetire, from delivering high impact pitch materials to ensuring seamless execution of the onboarding and implementation plan. Whether you're engaging directly with clients or enabling the sales teams to do so, you'll have the opportunity to help Capital Group acquire, strengthen and retain Institutional Retirement relationships.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
