JOB DUTIES:

The role:

The Customer Product Marketing Manager will work with internal cross-functional teams and OEMs to drive marketing initiatives and optimize our business development processes to allow for maximum penetration of our OEM client EPYC-based servers.

This individual will be responsible for managing marketing operations activities, and KPI capture between client and key OEM customer, and enabling sell-through strategies for the platforms. Managing the events schedule with the partner and helping secure speakers and follow-up.

The candidate will work tightly with the client Global account team to manage priorities and implement marketing programs that impact client's and OEM's marketing and sales plans.

The person:

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, organization, and preparedness to jump in, drive execution, and deliver results with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and coordinate activities across remote teams.

Candidate must have strong team leadership to drive progress on each account.

Must be self-driven and capable of operating autonomously with a can-do attitude.

Comfortable meeting complicated timelines and prepared to roll up sleeves when needed to meet commitments and deadlines and have the aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

You will help develop marketing that impacts the bottom line while preserving the partner relationship.

We are looking for an initiative-taking critical thinker who is persistent and creative in solving problems and overcoming hurdles and can prioritize and execute on multiple work streams simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Align client planning cycles with OEM's timelines and drive client brand and value proposition within OEM-led content.

Extend client's reach through increased strategic co-marketing initiatives designed to drive demand.

Build and maintain annual MDF plan between client and OEM partner

Marketing Programs -

Be a subject matter expert providing marketing and solutions support for both internal and external marketing programs.

Maintain a dashboard of activities and manage marketing funds.

Work with client's teams and with OEM to measure the effectiveness of programs and be able to apply learnings for future programs

Prioritize, allocate, manage, execute, and track partner marketing funds to support activities with high value and revenue impact

Launches

Work with internal and external partners for launch activities including evaluation of effectiveness.

Align with OEM partner timelines.

Drive alignment across cross-functional internal and partner teams on spending plans, track and report execution status, and ensure partner adherence to client marketing operations guidelines.

Generate quarterly marketing campaign/activity Calendar and the coordination of its associated activities

Be a strong advocate for the customer internally.

Preferred experience:

8+ years of experience in the computing industry, at the OEM, ODM, or technology provider level

5+ years of experience in a customer-facing marketing role

Skilled in engaging customers, partners and managing joint initiatives

Strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment both internally and with customers in running events, launching products, developing collateral, and developing a campaign.

Strong written, verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Excellent project planning and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle simultaneous projects.

LOCATION :

Austin Area preferred; or Santa Clara/San Jose area (no remote option)Academic Credentials

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred, MBA a plus.
