What to Expect

As a results-driven Product Marketing Manager on the Product Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing Product Marketing strategies and programs that enhance customer engagement with the capabilities within our leading platform for generating, managing and delivering content for shopping experiences. You will have a particular focus on driving credit consumption, growing active use, maintaining customer retention, and managing the lifecycle of customer advocacy.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Engagement:

Develop and implement relevant Product Marketing programs and activities that drive customer engagement and satisfaction with our platform, including in-product messaging, digital content, customer newsletters, product webinars, and demos for events.Customer Retention:

Create and execute retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty, leveraging data-driven insights and customer feedback on our platform.Advocacy Programs:

Build and manage customer advocacy programs, including gathering and creating customer stories and testimonials, and managing a customer advisory board program that informs product strategy.Product Content:

Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to produce high-quality, relevant product content that addresses customer needs and showcases customer success.Customer Insights:

Gather and analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our platform and how we go to market with our product releases.Collaboration:

Work closely with product, account managers, support and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for customer-facing initiatives.Metrics and Reporting:

Track and report on metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing efforts with customers, providing regular updates to senior management.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

3+ years of experience in Product Marketing preferred - or a Customer Marketing role - at a fast-moving B2B enterprise software company.Understanding of the digital commerce technology landscape.Experience marketing to or selling to the retail industry or related fields.Proven ability to drive a variety of go-to-market strategies for product releases with product management, marketing, sales, partners, and others.Be able to distill highly technical concepts into persuasive product marketing content for diverse audiences.Ability to engage with and earn the respect of both deeply technical industry experts and business leaders alike.Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing & product management organizations.Highly collaborative; proactively seeks out a range of opinions and perspectives from peers. But also able to work independently and remotely.Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to draw business-relevant inferences and determine strategies and tactics from data and insights.Ability to rapidly prioritize and react to changing market dynamics and business needs.Demonstrate upstanding character, leadership, consistent execution, and commitment to customer satisfaction.Global mindset and willingness to work across international time zones.BA or BS or higher in marketing, business, computer science, engineering, or related field.English language skills (business fluency) are a must-have, other languages are a plus.Ability to travel up to 30% of time.A good sense of humor and a work hard, play hard attitude!Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $110,000/annually + Bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
