To Apply for this Job Click HereOur client, a pharmaceutical company based in Waltham, is seeking a Communications Manager to join their team! This role is onsite in Waltham, full time hours Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, paying up to $45\/hr pending experience, and is temporary to hire starting out at 6+ months. Coordinate drafting of corporate communications materials, including press releases, key message documents, Q&As, presentation content, email campaigns, etc., and coordinate disclosure committee process working cross-functionally with appropriate reviewers\/approversAssist with corporate website updates and evolution of website in-line with industry best practicesContribute to social media presence by developing engaging content for corporate channels, maintaining a high standard for content quality and credibility; implement creative and strategic campaigns to build followers and engagementOversee various communications databases and distribution servicesManage vendors and partners, including PR agency, webmaster, creative partners, etc.Partner with our Internal Communications group to track and organize corporate communications and eventsWork collaboratively and cross functionally with important internal stakeholders, including Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy and Commercial to develop original content and ensure consistency of communication

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.4+ years' experience in communications, with background in external communications, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industries.Public relations experience a plus.Experience with facilitating external communications at high growth, multi-site organizations. Preferably in a publicly traded company.Ability to prioritize simultaneous responsibilities and\/or projects.Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.Aptitude for understanding and communicating scientific information and clinical data.Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to be a collaborative partner.Skilled expertise with various digital mediums, applications and technology platforms including Instagram, SharePoint, InDesign, Adobe, PowerPoint.Willingness to think creatively and suggest new communications initiatives and channels to achieve communications objectives.A 'roll-up-the sleeves' attitude to execute and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with multiple, competing priorities.Graphic design and video editing skills a plus.
