*Note: This position requires presence in our San Jose headquarters or San Francisco offices 4 days per week. Lambda's designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.

What You'll Do

As a Content Marketer, you will be responsible for creating and curating high-quality, engaging content that adds value for our prospects and customers, drives traffic, builds brand awareness, and supports our Sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content marketing strategies, a flair for storytelling, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, impactful messaging.

Content Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand voice and a technical audience.Content Creation:

Produce various types of content, including blog posts, sales materials, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts - with the support of our Design team.SEO Optimization:

Optimize content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website.Content Calendar:

Manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across all channels.Audience Research:

participate in research together with our tech writers to understand our target audience's needs, preferences, and pain points, and tailor content accordingly.Content Curation:

Ensure key content is regularly reviewed, stays relevant, and is properly versioned.Analytics & Reporting:

Develop Test & Learn strategies, track and analyze content performance, share and ensure utilization of learnings.Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and continuously refine our content strategy based on data-driven insights.You

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Experience: 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role.Must-Have Skills:

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and formats. Jasper or equivalent experience is a plus.Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.Experience with content management systems (CMS) - ideally HubSpot.Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and other content distribution channels.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.Salary Range Information

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $112,000 - $162,000.However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
