What you'll be doing:

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts. Here's a snapshot of what your day-to-day might look like:

Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies:

Increase brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms.

Craft strategies tailored to each platform's audience and unique features.

Content Creation:

Create engaging and relevant content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Utilize multimedia elements such as images, videos, and infographics to enhance posts.

Develop captivating stories that resonate with our audience and highlight our projects.

Monitor Social Media Channels:

Stay current with social media trends and emerging opportunities.

Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Strategic Communication Plans:

Assist in the development of communication plans for engineering projects.

Ensure all communications align with project goals and stakeholder expectations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure cohesive communication strategies.

Facilitate consistent messaging across all channels and projects.

Internal Display Efforts:

Manage and update internal displays and standard office forms.

Oversee the ordering of company-branded materials.

Event Coordination:

Support the organization of Banner social events, including creating and sending invitations.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

Social Media Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.

Experience in content creation, scheduling, and analytics.

Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to craft clear and engaging messages for various audiences.

Project Management:

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Collaboration:

Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

Creativity:

Innovative approach to content creation and problem-solving.

Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with social media management tools.

Proficient with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

Experience in strategic communications and public relations is a plus.
