Job Summary:Provide direct marketing/advertising support to Recruiting and Retention Non-Commissioned Officers (RRNCOs) with the goal of generating leads, reducing attrition and increasing retention. NOTE: This position is contingent upon an anticipated Contract Award this year. Work will be performed at the Government Customer's offices; telework may be authorized at the sole discretion of the Government.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and execute advertising programs to support all special missions to include Officer recruiting, Warrant Officer recruiting, Medical recruiting, and Chaplain recruiting.Interact with the field NCOICs and RRNCOs to receive feedback on advertising and marketing programs through development and solicitation of After-Action Reviews.Collect and analyze market evaluation data derived from official databases and various published studies and reports; analyze market trends to use as a basis for formulating future advertising and marketing strategies and tactics.Develop programs to measure the effectiveness of advertising and marketing programs.Prepare Marketing Return on Investment reports quarterly and tracks results.Design the typography layouts with photographs and illustrations consistent with the national recruiting and retention campaign themes.Create original illustrations and artwork utilizing a variety of media to include camera-ready computerized graphics.Manage projects and pre-press stages thru actual printing and distribution.Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or other related discipline.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or other related discipline.Strong organizational skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic knowledge of standard office procedures and the ability to interpret general direction.Demonstrated practical experience in the area(s) of expertise - Marketing/Advertising.Two (2) years minimum experience in marketing and graphics design.Possess computer operation skills using MS Word, Excel, Power Point, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Bridge, Premier, and Final Cut pro.Must be a US Citizen.Corporate Summary:Acquisition Professionals (AP) LLC is an Economically Disadvantaged, Woman-Owned, 8 (A) small business.
