Job Description:

Overview: The Landscape Designer will play a crucial role not only in conceptualizing, designing, and planning outdoor spaces but also in driving sales and building strong client relationships. This role demands a blend of exceptional design skills with a proactive approach to client engagement and business development. The ideal candidate will excel in understanding client needs, presenting compelling design solutions, and actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Actively meet with clients and project managers to capture project concepts, requirements, and budget considerations. Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.

Design Development:

Create innovative landscape and irrigation designs that align with client vision and project goals. Prepare and interpret detailed design plans and visual representations using advanced computer-aided design software.

Sales and Business Development:

Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and upsell potential. Present design solutions confidently to prospective clients, showcasing how your designs add value and meet their needs.

Marketing and Promotion:

Engage in targeted marketing efforts to promote design services and attract new clients. Utilize networking, social media, and industry events to increase visibility and generate leads.

Material Selection:

Choose high-quality, cost-effective materials that enhance the design and meet client expectations.

Environmental Analysis:

Review environmental reports and assess land conditions to ensure designs are practical and sustainable.

Project Oversight : Monitor ongoing projects to ensure they adhere to design plans, deadlines, and budget. Coordinate with team members to facilitate smooth execution and resolve any issues promptly.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to achieve project milestones, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and project success
