ABOUT THREE SIX ZERO X FORWARD MOTION ARTISTS:Three Six Zero has partnered with international management company Forward Motion Artists. Founded in 2017, Forward Motion Artists’ roster features alternative electronic music acts such as Jamie Jones, Lee Burridge, Lee Foss, AMÉMÉ, and more. The company also works with a roster of event brands and labels including Paradise, All Day I Dream, Repopulate Mars, Hot Creations, One Tribe, and more.

THE ROLE:We are seeking 2 interns to support artist management- one for Three Six Zero and a second for Forward Motion Artists. This is an unpaid internship and academic credit is required in order to be considered for this opportunity. Candidates should have a high level of interpersonal skills in order to handle varied personalities, sensitive and timely situations, and confidential matters. Any experience working with talent and/or celebrities is a big plus and strong candidates will have previous experience working for or interning with another company in the entertainment or music industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist managers with research involving various projects relating to clientsUnderstanding best practices involved with managing artist day to day schedulePrioritizing deliverables, managing project timelines and deadlinesLearn how to manage email accounts for clients and management team, vetting inquiries and fielding them appropriatelyAssist with thorough research of new artistsOrganize and maintain an artist calendar of deadlines, meetings, and appointmentsBuild and maintain external industry relationshipsAssist managers with marketing and promoting various projects/artists through social mediaCreate spreadsheets that organize your various assigned projects and tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:Must be a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate currently enrolled in a college or university and receiving academic credit for this internshipMust have a high level of interpersonal skills in order to handle varied personalities, sensitive and timely situationsAttention to detail and strong organizational skills requiredAbility to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyInterest in the music and entertainment industry is a mustLeadership experience on or off campus is a plus
