Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Services and Marketing Strategy will spearhead the growth of our oilfield services business, while also overseeing comprehensive marketing efforts to advance company's mission and values.

About the Role:Global Services Strategy Development :Create and implement services and marketing strategies that serve the company's growth objectives.Portfolio Management and Market Positioning :Manage services offerings and craft pricing strategies; also oversee branding and positioning through strategic marketing initiatives.Profitability and Growth :Deploy sales and marketing strategies aimed at growing the services sector profitably.Stakeholder Collaboration for Contract Optimization :Work with legal and services teams to craft contract language that drives profitability.Customer Relationship Excellence :Cultivate relationships with national accounts to ensure satisfaction while integrating key marketing touchpoints for a holistic customer journey.Technological Integration :Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harness new technologies that support both the services and marketing aspects of the business.Market Intelligence :Lead a business analytics team; identify market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to shape business and marketing strategies.Strategic Alignment with Senior Leadership :Partner closely with senior executives to design and execute long-term strategies that synergize services and marketing goals with the company's broader mission and vision.Financial Stewardship :Develop and oversee the services and marketing budget to ensure resource allocation is in line with strategic objectives.Performance Metrics and Accountability :Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales services and marketing and operations, being ready to present data-driven insights to executives at short notice.Team LeadershipAssess and Develop Processes, Tools and Systems

Required Qualifications and SkillsA minimum of 10 years in sales/marketing roles within engineering or technical services.A minimum of 5 years leading a sales and marketing functionDemonstrated expertise in change management, pricing strategies, and business transformation.Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on data analytics and business intelligence.Ability to build, design and implement a sales and marketing engineering function from the ground up to include sales operations, forecasting.Demonstrated ability of creating a marketing and sales strategy in new lines of business.Excellent negotiation, contract development, and stakeholder management skills using consultative selling approach.MBA is preferredAdditional InformationLocation : This is an onsite role based in Tyler, Texas.Travel Requirements : Up to 20% domestic and occasional international travel.
