Marketing Planning Manager // Hybrid // 6 Months Contract // Banking Client

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:The Marketing Planning Manager is accountable for the campaign oversight and project management for multiple products or overall segment. The Marketing Planning Manager will support and have oversight on the U.S. Bankcard Portfolio's engagement and servicing efforts by documenting and developing ABEDO/Agile documentation, reviewing competitive insights/post-campaign reporting, support all creative development and support campaign data specification needs. The Marketing Planning Manager will primarily support direct-to-consumer programs but may also support go-to-market programs as needed.

Job Responsibilities:• Work with multiple business partners, agencies, and business lines to achieve campaign objectives and meet deadlines• Demonstrated experience direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns, including strategy, launch and post-campaign review• Liaison with MarTech teams for credit card data enablement to build Journey campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud• Review and oversee execution of creative that meets BU needs.• Development departmental templates, and guideline and leverage established standards and processes.• Negotiate timelines and budgets. Maintain budget campaign reports and fulfil internal audit requirements.• Oversee and manage end-to-end direct-to-consumer marketing campaign execution

MUST HAVE:Marketing manager experienceExperience operating in Pods/Agile environment (i.e. Scrum-Methodology)Campaign Strategy experience.Campaign execution end to end experience.MS Office SuiteExperience working with multiple business partners and stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVEKnowledge of TSYS credit card dataExperience in banking industry, specifically credit card customer marketing.Jira & ConfluenceBuilding journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
