Sr. Product Marketing ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join Lightmatter as a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for outbound marketing, event planning, social media, and press releases.

In this critical role, you will be an integral part of the Lightmatter Product team and help launch products to market, create messaging/collateral, and lead conference and event planning to meet our key business objectives. You will be a key player and work across functional teams to support the success of the Go-To-Market strategy.You will also facilitate communication with journalists and other thought leaders, create communications materials and campaigns, engage in face-to-face meetings with industry thought leaders and other opinion formers, and develop print and web-based material supporting these campaigns. We're looking for great communicators who can understand complex technology and explain it in person and also via well-written, simple blog posts, FAQs, video scripts, and more.Key responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to create impactful campaigns, events and initiatives and drive brand awarenessDefine marketing and launch plans that include messaging, positioning, and differentiation and lead the implementation of the planLead in planning and execution of industry trade shows

Responsible for researching events and working with the creative team for design and development of branded materials and collateral.

Additional responsibilities include project management, schedule, and budget managementDevelop PR campaigns and media relations strategiesAuthor and direct the building of polished marketing content, including case studies, whitepapers, presentations, blogs, and web pagesDevelop and implement comprehensive social media strategiesOversee the design and execution of social media campaignsTrack media coverage and stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practicesPlan for technical content for blogs, white papers, briefs, webinars, videos, and presentationsEdit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts, PR etc.)RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering with 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, Technology Product Marketing, and Event PlanningProven track record of developing and executing a successful marketing planCreative thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partnersStellar writing skills and experience creating long- and short-form content for B2B marketing channelsRelationships and experience with business and industry media outletsAbility to translate complex concepts into simple and compelling communicationsSolid experience with social media, including blogs, LinkedIn, X, etc.Experience with SEO, social media, and metrics data analysis for optimizationGrasp of brand development and ability to develop, write, and implement strategic, integrated communications and marketing plans to promote brandAbility to develop KPIs, goals, and benchmarks to drive the performance of campaigns and projectsOutstanding teamwork, communication, and organizational skillsSelf-motivated, creative, high energy, resourceful, and strong attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:Experience with optical/silicon photonic products and technology is a plusBenefitsComprehensive Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)401k matchingLife Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Generous Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Paid Family LeaveShort Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentFlexible, hybrid workplace modelStock Option PlanWe offer competitive compensation.
