Iteris is seeking a talented and experienced

Sr. Product Marketing Manager

to join our team, focusing on our ClearGuide and ClearData products. ClearGuide and ClearData are innovative solutions that provide actionable insights and data-driven decision-making tools for transportation professionals. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of these products in the transportation industry.

Ideally looking for those within the Los Angeles area who can meet with the team. However, open to those outside the Los Angeles Area as well.

What you will be doing:

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapeDefine and articulate clear value propositions for ClearGuide and ClearData, highlighting their unique features and benefitsDevelop positioning and messaging strategies to effectively communicate the value of the products to target audiencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to develop comprehensive go-to-market plansDrive product launches, ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate demand and drive adoptionDevelop sales enablement materials, such as sales presentations, product collateral, and competitive battlecards, to support the sales teamCreate compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to educate and engage prospects and customersWork with internal and external stakeholders to develop thought leadership content and industry insights related to transportation and data analyticsWorking with the marketing team, develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales funnelUtilize digital marketing tactics, such as email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and content syndication, to drive traffic and conversionsRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars. Conduct live product demonstrations and presentations to a wide range of audiences, showcasing the product's value and driving interestMeasure and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on key performance indicators and insightsDevelop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the product, including its features, benefits, and differentiators. Stay updated with the latest product enhancements and industry trends to ensure accurate and effective communicationPrepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of prospective and existing customers. Highlight key features and benefits, addressing specific customer pain points and demonstrating how the product can solve themGather and analyze feedback from product demos and customer interactions to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the product management team to relay customer insights and contribute to the product development roadmapBuild and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders to gather feedback, understand use cases, and identify opportunities for product enhancementsCultivate a community of advocates and champions for ClearGuide and ClearData, leveraging customer testimonials, case studies, and success StoriesWhat you need to be successful in this role:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plusOver seven (7) years of experience in SaaS product marketing or related roles, preferably in the technology or transportation industryProven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns for SaaS productsExperience in marketing solutions to public agenciesStrong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing performanceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiencesHighly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levelsPassion for innovation, technology, and making a positive impact in the transportation industryIteris anticipates paying between $132,000 and $147,000 for this role. However, actual pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.
